You hereby understand and agree to the following:
Scaled weight is not equal to melted scaled weight, this is what is known as melt loss.
Anything that is not gold is not included in melted scaled weight, this includes but is not limited to: gemstones, steel springs in latches , welding points, other metals or dirt and debris.
We dismantle jewellery such as necklaces, rings and brooches, if not done so in advance.
Manoro Trading does not return or refund for melt loss, unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing.
